Lisa Flynn, MS MIS, is a Human Systems Engineer and PhD candidate at the University of Oulu (Finland), renowned for her innovative approach in utilizing Augmented Intelligence for rapid systemic improvement in cybersecurity workforce development. With a foundation deeply rooted in the international tech industry, her expertise ranges from launching technology startups to C-suite paratrooping, all underpinned by a profound understanding of information systems, business models, psychology, marketing, and entrepreneurship. Currently focused on pioneering research in cognitive security, Lisa specializes in Human-AI Integrated systems engineering. Her efforts are pivotal in developing advanced methodologies to create a responsive, AI-enhanced, deployable workforce, effectively addressing critical gaps in cybersecurity training.
