As military cyber operations become more integrated, effective team coordination is crucial. This paper expands on a macrocognitive model by introducing the Hybrid Space framework, which maps cognitive processes across cyber-physical and tactical-strategic dimensions. This framework aims to enhance understanding of environmental complexity and improve team performance in cyber contexts. The paper also discusses insights from cyber network defense exercises at the Norwegian Defence Cyber Academy and their implications for future training and education.
