Who are we?
The Cognitive Security Institute is a recognized 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to developing a community of researchers and practitioners to develop solutions to new and emerging threats to cognitive security (human and artificial) at multiple scales. We are achieving this through building community, educating the public, and conducting research on the latest threats.
What is Cognitive Security?
Humanity is currently experiencing a phase transition in its relationship with technology and with itself. This transition will impact every aspect of our lives. The interconnection between people from distant parts of the globe will continue to present new opportunities and challenges. Technologically mediated communications make the challenge of determining truth from fiction difficult at best and impossible at worst. The ability to project force from remote parts of the globe are giving rise to new dimensions of security.
